Michael Stephens graduated from Bristol University with honours and gained first hand experience of insurance at Sedgwick's Energy (Oil & Gas) Division in London. As a graduate trainee he gained exposure in all areas of the business of broking and completed his Chartered Insurance Institute exams to Associate level. Having completed the (Energy) insurance market's premier two year graduate training program, Michael was involved in recruiting subsequent intakes of graduates to the company.
In 1998 Michael came to Australia and has now placed qualified brokers, speciality underwriters, claims professionals and risk managers at all levels for over ten years. |

Rupa Pithiya, Senior Consultant |

Rupa Pithiya has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in mathematics. She started her recruitment career in 2004 and set up the Actuarial Division for a boutique practice in London. For four years she recruited Actuaries for Lloyd's Syndicates, Brokers, Consultancies, Insurers and Reinsurers at all levels from Student to Chief Actuary / Senior Director level. She moved to Sydney in late 2008 and joined McNallyStephens in early 2009. |
